The Rainbow Mosaic Chenille is a weave with colored chips in the colors of the rainbow scattered on a dark-as-night background. Lined in Indigo.
After a business trip to New York City I went home and designed the Urban Portfolio. I found that my regular tote bag and purse were too bulky for the crowded settings in public transportation so I created the this bag to be carried streamlined and cross-body.
The Urban Portfolio has two vertical compartments that close with zippers and are lined with our waterproof nylon lining fabric. The zippers have two sliders so they can be opened from either side. Two pockets are just behind the front zippered opening of the front compartment so they're easy to access. The front compartment is larger at the bottom, to hold more.
The second compartment is flat, zips at the top and will separate your tablet, laptop or papers from your purse contents. This compartment will also hold purse items, a small laptop or tablet. On the back is a pocket that will hold your cell phone. This bag has a one-inch wide fabric shoulder strap, covered in fabric and is adjustable with two metal rings. There is a phone pocket on the back for easy accessibility.
The Urban Portfolio’s adjustable strap and two compartments add functionality to this streamlined silhouette.

A Note About Our Construction And Washability
Since 1989 River Sauvageau has been designing and creating high quality bags in luxe fabrics with elegant and practical styling. With an emphasis on construction detail never seen by the end user, her bags have proven to please for almost three decades now.
The whole line has been designed and made to be machine washable, a great boon with fabric bags. Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry. Dirt and skin oils can wear on fibers therefore washing your bags occasionally, especially if used daily, will extend their life.
No leather is used on these vegan bags.
